Tending to Kitchen Gardens naturally grew out of the Nursery project, as an opportunity to follow the seedlings all the way from seed through to harvest. Each plot is designed and tended to with cyclical & sustainable design in mind including succession planting, crop rotation, including perennial vegetables & herbs, drip irrigation, seed saving and & composting systems.
